About Kathy
I had always pondered “what I wanted to be when I grew up”. It wasn’t until my late twenties when I had an epiphany and finally knew!
Throughout the years I had always found myself planning social gatherings, neighborhood get-togethers and work functions. Even at 20 years old, I was planning the annual awards banquets and Christmas parties for over 400 guests for my employer. A friend brought this to light so I pursued the idea.
I began taking courses at Richland Community College for a Certificate in Meetings and Event Management with my goal being to graduate with an AAS in Travel, Exposition and Meeting Management and completing a degree at University of North Texas.
While working towards my goal, I continue to take courses and work as a contracted employee at a local event venue in McKinney, Texas.
